Located somewhere to the east in the Outer Sea it was once Called die Tote Insele “the dead island” and was just that. The island is crescent shaped with three volcanic peaks calming the interior. The largest one in the middle of the other two is called the throne. Thousands of years ago the island was ruled by two vampires the queen Akasha and the king Enkil. They ruled for hundreds of years until the island was a dead waste. Having nothing to feed them, they fell in to a type of hibernation, sleeping the millennia away with their three most powerful vampire lords.
The island grew quit for centuries until mortal man found his way back renaming the island bull island because of the way the sheltered bay looked like horns. They established a small city where the horns meet. The island was slow to awaken and as a result several decades passed before the living realized that they shared the island with the dead. Over the next fifty years the city suffered from the raiding undead of all kinds. They were kept safe only with a powerful artifact that creates a powerful protective shield. After a time the raids became less intense. During the day the all but the heights of the island was safe. But during the night anyone caught outside the protection of the temple disappeared.
Then Sparklepop and her party were drawn to the island by a rumor that there was a temple made entirely out of gold built on it. They arrived on the island a few minutes before dusk to find out that the temple wasn’t made of gold. To add insult to injury, the ship that they hired to take them to the island abandoned them. With the help of the Temple Guardian Himba Sparklepop was able to confront the Vampire lords and persuade them to help here kill Akasha.
Now Sparklepop rules the island and after many years spent re-killing the undead. The island is now starting to prosper.
